Apply frequently in acute situations or regularly in chronic situations. External Use Only. Avoid during pregnancy, with epilepsy or taking anti-coagulation medication. If you have liver problems or liver damage some authorities state you should Limit your use to 4-6 weeks. Use our Aches & Pains Blend as a substitute or in combination with this product for an even more effective pain reliever.
