Wholesale accounts are made available to Health Care Practitioners who intend to use our products in their practice and/or resell them to their clients. We also offer Wholesale accounts to Health Spas, Retail Stores and Manufactures that are Herbal and/or Aromatherapist in nature. Ordering Over the Phone

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Central Time). We are open each of these days except for some major holidays. Please call us at (636) 528-7627. Our Call Center staff will be happy to assist you with your order. 

For your convenience, we offer In-Store Pick Up you can avoid shipping charges by placing your order over the phone and pick up your order at our location when it is ready. Contact us for more information.

Our Guarantee

Guarantee and Return Policy: Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your products. Though we realize we can not please everyone all the time.  We back our products 100%.  If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any product we sell, you may return it for a full refund excluding the cost of shipping and handling. Refunds will be issued as long as you return the unused product within 7 days of the date you received it. We do not refund products damaged during return shipment, so please take care when packaging and returning them.  If you have damaged or missing products, please email us immediately (within the 7 day period) of damaged or missing items.  We will replace and ship damaged items within 2 business days of their return to us.  We exercise the right to either refund or replace missing items reported within the 7 day period. For mechanical products such as (Fan-Fusers, Humidifiers, and Nightlight diffusers) we make sure they work before they leave our facility. We do not offer refunds on these items, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly.


At Tammy’s Natural Essentials, our customers’ security is very important. We use a secure online ordering system that utilizes the latest encryption technology to ensure the safe transmission of all information regarding your order. We do not sell, trade or give away any of your personal information.


Ordering with Tammy’s Natural Essentials is easy! You do not need to register to place an order, though you may choose to, as this will allow for a quicker ordering process on your next visit to Tammy’s Natural Essentials. Orders may be placed online or over the phone.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Processing & Shipping Policy: USA

Orders can take 1-2 business days to process but usually are processed the same day.  We only ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL which has a 1-3 business day delivery time after your package is picked up.  You will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track your package.  Sometimes this email ends up in your spam folder, so please look for it.   

INTERNATIONAL Processing & Shipping:

Due to varied restrictions for imports in each country, it is the customer's responsibility to check with local postal authorities and determine if our products can be imported to their country.  Tammy’s Natural Essentials is not responsible for lost shipments, tariff fees, customs fees or product seizures. We charge an additional fee of $39.95 for all orders shipped outside the USA.  The actual shipping rates are usually more than the fee we charge, therefore, we do not issue refunds or accept returns on orders shipped outside the USA. Orders take approximately 3 business days to process (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and will ship via USPS Priority Mail which has up to a 14 day delivery time.

Registration is free and secure. Once logged in we will automatically fill in your Billing information on check out. You will have access to your Order Status for recent and past orders. Registration is not necessary to order with Tammy’s Natural Essentials.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe simply contact us with email addresses that directly support your orders like order and shipping confirmations do not come with unsubscribe options.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.
