LAVENDER BATH SOAK SALTS
Lavender has been used to help soothe irritated skin conditions, anxiety, insomnia and restlessness.
Directions: add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of salt to warm bath water. Swish around in water. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
Contains: Magnesium sulfate, lavender essential oils
Avoid if pregnant. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with the eyes.
