A handy herbal combination that is good to have around when you have stuffiness in the nasal or breathing passageway.
Make a standard infusion using 1-2 teaspoons of tea to one cup of hot water. Allow to steep 10 to 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Dosage can be 3 cups daily or as needed.
Contains: Mullein, Coltsfoot, Peppermint, Comfrey, Cardamom, Lobelia, Ginger and a pinch of Cayenne.
Avoid when pregnant and while nursing, with a history of liver disease or gallstones. Not for long term use.
