GINGER & LEMON SPICE TEA
A wonderful combination of herbs to soothe an upset stomach, sore throat, reduce inflammation in body or just enjoy it as a sipping tea.
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling hot water. Allow to steep for 5-15 minutes, the longer it steeps, the stronger it will be.
Contains organic herbs such as Lemongrass, Ginger, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Peel, Peppermint, Cinnamon and Licorice.
Use caution if taking heart medication, pregnant or nursing.
